VIRS empowers safety through confidential reporting and provides a secure platform for Heli Everest employees to contribute valuable insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management. By implementing a Safety Management System in the Organization, safety is the prime value and fundamental component of our company. Heli Everest seeks to proactively mitigate safety risks before they result in accidents and incidents by adhering to Safety Risk Management, which includes hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation. Our Safety Policy Statement establishes and operates a hazard identification and risk management process, including a hazard reporting system to mitigate the safety risks of the consequences of hazards resulting from our operation or activities to a point as low as reasonably practicable to ensure an Acceptable Level of Safety (ALOS). 
 
All passengers and all Staff are encouraged to identify and report hazards and other safety issues through the Voluntary Safety Report Form provided below in case they have any concerns regarding safety issues (current or potential hazard) that raise suspicion and pose a threat to the safety of people, equipment, engine, vehicle, aircraft, and flight operation. You can either click to download the PDF VIRS form or the online submission portal below.
